"Alright, we have a pre-existing, well-established, perfectly-dignified fictional female character from a popular videogame franchise, what do we do?"

"Dat ass man."

They somehow made a two-piece less sexualized than a jumpsuit. How did you do that Nintendo?

Japanese fetishes are the worst.

What do you mean I've spent too long surfing the MSPA forums?

To be fair, Samus is still less sexualized than most female video game characters, and the zero suit has at least a technobabble explanation for why she wears it... but yeah, her outfit out of the power suit gets worse with every game...

She's only been out of her suit a handful of times and it was the exact same outfit every time.

In gameplay at least.

And before that it was a skimpy bikini anyhow.

I felt obliged to make a pun about the word handful here but it just made me feel bad.

Cracked.com is so insightful.

Yeah, I get sick of every female video game character ever being given ultra-skimpy clothes and stuff. I'm pretty sure the only exception in modern video gaming is Alyx from Half-Life 2, and even with her people just mod in nude model skins...

I hate humans.

I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

In pixel form, yeah. But then there was the art made of her clothes beneath the armor. I'm not terribly clear where the orange two-piece came from, but every time I see it I'm just perfectly fine with it.

Also, Samus fails on page 21. A lot longer than I expected.

Zero suit will soon be the right name for it :/

Also: I am lonely right now :o
I just realized I like the people of the DF forums, but I don't really know them as well as say, the people of Transformice or something. That is a very social game for me.
I realize to get to know you people, for better or worse.

I played Transformice a little bit, it's fun to catch up on my French. It's a shame it's Trolling: The Game for most people.

About the Samus bit, Fable 2 and Oblivion didn't turn the females ultra-skimpy by default. Now, I pose the question, haven't the men become more and more masculinized, or more bro, as compared to the normal looks?

I agree with Huesoo. Sometimes relationships go sour. It doesn't (in itself, from a neutral POV) make him a douchebag. Your loyalty to your friend is commendable, though

I may ask, what's so terrible about being called a douchebag? Would it affect you more being called a stupid poopy doo-doo head? Does it matter what people think of you in terms of normal/duchiness?
