Losing interest in a girl and/or ending up falling for someone else really isnt a douche bag move. A lot of the times you cant help. But I agree that he should of told her the real reason and not of been a pansy.

 Look at the female characters bit. I finally realized why I only really accepted Super Metroid and never any of the other games. The third panel totally looks like Samus in that damn suit they have her wear. Gah. And the first incarnation actually looks really decent.
