my friend decides that he wants my seat, and the best way to make me move is to bodyslam me, try to burn me with a cigarette when that doesn't work (ruining my favorite shirt >:(), bite and spit on me when I stop just trying to shove him off me and start kicking him in the head and burning him with a lighter. This went on for a fucking hour, until I finally gave up and went outside. In the morning, he drives off with me chasing his car down the driveway.

...

He bodyslammed you, burned you and/or your shirt with a cigarette, and then you kicked him in the head and burned him with a lighter? And then he drove off without you? Wow, my definition of friendship was way off.

Sounds like you both went pretty severely over the top, though burning and kicking in the head both take the cake for douche moves of the week, methinks.

Perhaps you are not friends with him. You should probably think about that.

Yeah, things kind of escalated after he started fucking biting me. I mean, who wouldn't respond violently to a 300+ pound man laying on top of them, biting and spitting on them? Blows to the head and threats of setting him on fire were the only (non-lethal, since there were a number of heavy and/or glass objects within reach, which I didn't want to use, for obvious reasons) things I had at my disposal. Unfortunately, he was too drunk to care about either, and hence didn't move or really react in any way, so it's only natural the blows and lighter actually connected (and in my defense, I didn't keep the lighter lit once the flame hit him). The only thing stopping it from turning into a drunken fight is the fact that even as drunk as I was I didn't actually want to injure him, only get him the fuck off of me.

This isn't the first time he's become violently retarded when drunk, though the first time he's done so drinking something other than malt liquor.

Really, the last straw here was that he blocked me on aim and facebook. If he hadn't done that, I'd just talk this shit out. As it is, I have no real means of resolution, which leaves me significantly angrier than I would otherwise be.

Yeah, the fact that he doesn't forgive you When He's Sober Again.

Now that's just too far.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

The fact that he doesn't forgive you when he's sober makes me wonder if there's something you're not telling us/have forgotten about.

Forgive me? He jumped on me, ruined a brand new shirt, refused to get the fuck off of me, spent an hour refusing to get the fuck off of me, started biting me, though a few blows to the face stopped that, then sat spitting on me. All of that, especially the last two, is grounds for being beaten to a bloody pulp, yet he remained unscathed because I had no wish to make things worse. (I was also the one to pay for the beer in the first place, because he had no money and swore he'd pay me back for half of it) And what does he do? Drive off in front of me, after trying to convince the other people there not to give me a ride home, then blocks me so there can be no rational discussion. And that's the most offensive part. A drunken fight is one thing, and is easily forgotten. Calculated, sober acts of cowardice and malice are another thing entirely.
