How the FUCK do I do a tax return!?

Serious answer: No one will ever tell you.  It's a magic secret of adulthood.  Your best bet is to use one of those online-filing places, and don't say you qualify or fit any category that you don't absolutely know you do, or even those ones, and just hope you don't do anything wrong.  Because if you do, the IRS will send Alan Greenspan to your house to fuck you with a power dremel.  It's in the Constitution.

Aw man, that was such a funny joke until I remembered that Alan Greenspan retired quite a while ago.

Now I'm sad.

Late filing, probably.  You have until September if you ask for an extension.

He was the only money related guy I could think of really.  I had to look him up to make sure I spelled it right.

I take it back. You are typing backwards. I can figure out what all of that says if I look at it for a second. RAM is typing in a backwards psudo-cypher.

Bleh, Time Warner still hasn't completely fixed what happened to the cables awhile ago.
This means that my internet will rarely go out, but when it does, it's usually for quite some time and covers a very wide area.
At least the problem gets a little better every time it happens.

1. I'm Ostrelyan, bros. End of financial year is in june. So we have until 30 October to lodge a tax return. Not including an extension.
2. I just did online tax return. Which means I verified my identity online. Which means they went into, and I quote, my 'shared secret' information.

My 'Secret' information.

Oh god. They're in my computer. They know what' I've done. They Can See My ISP History! All the sites I went on before the age of 18! Will it come back to haunt me?

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

No.
If I've learned anything, it's that your government doesn't understand computers.

No government understands computers. Same goes for teachers in my experience.
