I still think Realmfighter and Criptfiend are the same person.

As for people posting while you're typing, unless it has to do with what your posting there's no need to acknowledge them.  If it does most people just tack it on at the end with something like "ninja-edit:" so they know what happened.  Nobody minds, we've all had to do it, we understand.

The only thing which can possibly derail an ongoing conversation with a 100% success rate is mentioning brains in jars. Other than that, no conversations are ever interrupted here.

And remember, it's the internet, if all else fails and everyone hates you and wants to quarter you and put your remains in stickies at the top of each subforum, you can always create a new account and start over fresh!

And yeah, I sometimes add entire paragraphs after the fact. And almost always a sentence or two.

But I still feel incredibly insecure about it anyway. It makes me sad. And annoyed. And I'd come up with some horrible abomination of a neologism to capture both emotions with one word but a good one doesn't come to mind.

But seriously, just talk about stuff when you can add to the conversation, and don't worry about it otherwise. You don't need an excuse to be. Just be.
