Installed Temple of Elemental Evil.
Tried to play it.
Asked about the play disk.
Inserted disk, tried, no effect.
Was forced to download a NO-CD crack, cracked.
It now says TOEE.dll is missing and crashes.
Sadface.

Kitten I got a few months ago has been diagnosed with lethal, incurable disease. Small chance that they misdiagnosed, but very small.

I have the day off (comp time for some late nights), and got a call while I was in the store. Apparently 35 people got laid off at work today, including my boss.

Fortunately, I still have a job. Sucks, though, and probably means even more long work days ahead.

I guess I'm glad I took this day when I could.

My frequently ill cat is limping, wheezing just a little, and might have an eye infection.

He's been to the vet three times in the last two years. At the rate he's going through his lives, he's gonna be dead by...2012.
