I just found out that my laptop has 1007 MB of RAM.

Anybody know how to fix this?

I don't think laptop RAM can be upgraded.

Looks like I should buy a new laptop then, because this one is crap.
At least it's functional crap.

Depends on the laptop.
My old iBook could take another gig.
I could've also replaced it myself.

I don't think laptop RAM can be upgraded.

You have extra slots for that, actually.

What the crap?  I'd be amazed if there are ANY modern laptops with non-upgradable memory.  Maybe netbooks, I guess.

You have extra slots for that, actually.

And you can (at least usually) replace the memory that ships with the computer, too.

I have some old 95/98 games that won't run on my computer even with compatibility mode because they require 32-bit and I have 64.
Not only does this make me very sad, because they're good games, but I also have no clue how to fix it.

If they're from ye olde 16-bit times, 64-bit Windows can't run them. at all.
If they aren't, i don't know.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

The ones that won't run are CivII and Shogo.
I could use FreeCiv instead of CivII, but it's not as good.

Well, you can do the sensible thing, and see a doctor, or the dwarven foolish thing, and wash it out with some sort of antiseptic, which may destroy your inner-ear, or the dwarven thing, and chop the ear off, then drink some really good booze on a masterwork furnishing to get over the loss...

I randomly got a bloody nose.
It stopped up pretty quickly though, which is a good thing, but for a few seconds, there was lots of blood pouring out of my nostril.
