Perhaps I'll gain more sentiment once I have some more 'general bullshitting' conversation and less constructive factual conversation and personal history. I do like you guys, but obviously it isn't on a personal level until something goes more to a one-on-one chat.

I'll be a bit down that Vector has gone, but hopefully when she's back, there will be more positives with her.

It's okay, we pop in every once in a while. Go add your opinion on the idea of a drunken community fort

The Upper Forums are scary. D:

I'm 'from' there :P I only started popping down here recently. I find the fact that everyone knows each other so well more disconcerting, actually. Tough on the unfamiliar new fish.

Yeah, it's like we all banded together and got all tight-nit and stuff. It's like we decided to band together to confront a hardship that doesn't exist.

When there really is a hardship I'm expecting us to all join together to become some sort of giant autobot.

I forget when exactly I came down here for good.
I know that for awhile afterwards, I'd still pop in to DF GD or Modding, then it became just the fan art thread, but then I let that grow by about 50 pages and haven't been back since until recently.

Buck up friendo, we're all on the level here.
I would bet money Andrew has edited things retroactively, except I can't prove anything because it was edited retroactively.

I think almost everyone is "from" the upper forums originally, drifting downward only after they tire of cant find magma, best artifact evar, elfs are stupid amirite and lolcarp threads.

Besides that, there's always just too many posts whenever I mosey back up there. It's paralyzing.

Eh... including my lurking, I've been on the upper forums about a year. I found it pretty interesting and fun and creative and whatnot up until 0.31 came out, but since then it's been a slew of the same stuff for me. I guess having sauntered on down here is a sign of that.

Neither do I, but my lack of a life has more than one distraction in it.
