Yeah, aside from the flip-flops and short shorts, that sounds like about how much the dress code here is enforced.

Supposedly, here, straps on a top or something need to be at least 2 inches wide, you need at least a 4 inch inseam on shorts (and skirts, but that's harder to measure), no midriff, no "dangerous" jewelery, no "offensive images/language," and no visible underwear.
I find more violations amongst classmates only than I can count on four fingers. Every day.

The flip-flops are disallowed inside the library because it's supposed to be a formal institution, and therefore you're supposed to wear shoes. Short shorts are a no-no for girls and even more so for guys within the library for reasons of prudishness alone.

The weird thing is, nobody ever shows any interest in wearing spiky jewelery.
Except earrings.
I've seen earrings that would kill the wearer if they fell down.

havent gone to orthodontist or dentist in 4-5 years. I'll have dental coverage again soon and I'm not too keen on going again after so long. pain, amazingly expensive procedures and lectures to top it off.

It feels like everything I want is unobtainable, or even non existent. There's just... A feeling of want that's been bothering me, like if something is missing or wrong. But it's implacable. I can think and try and question and it stays just as unmistakable and impenetrable. It's like a giant monolith in my head telling me I need something but not offering any assistance and in fact, blocking any attempt to find what it is that's missing or wanted.

I stare into it and it's like an abyss. Totally empty. It wants me to feel empty too. And I don't know if Ill ever find what's supposed to fill this gap.

First: I have a hangnail on my index finger, then i get a papercut on the cuticle of my ring finger.

I then develop pan in my foot.

And tonight, as i was about to test the map i created, the server i had placed it in develops "Maintenanceitis" and disallows me entry for that particular map.

Although i did just watch "The Warriors" and am now watching "Scum".

THat stopped the day from sucking TOO much.
