Quite a few of my friends are slowly drifting from 'moderate rightism' to 'quite far-right nationalism', out of sheer fucking dumbness.
They refuse viewing anything else than a extremely linear right-left scale and do not understand that the current rightist flagship, the SPP, is a party for the rich and, as such, very capitalistic, one might even say a bit corporatist. (socialism = EEEEEVIIL)
When asked, they will happily say a Yugoslavian is inferior to a Swiss.

I, being leftist, am not a true Swiss and hate my country.

If this continues like that, I'll go to Zurich next May 1 and happily hurl fucking paving stones on the brown masses.

Nightmare-inducing nightmare

Had an unsettling dream where the aliens finally came to Earth and quickly took over. They were tan and wormy, sort of like ET, and bullets wouldn't do much to them. When I was finally captured, I was put in a holding room with other people, waiting for processing. I had to stand in a line, watching those in the front have their heads drilled with a foot long drill from the frontal to the occipital lobe. They then stumbled around, completely losing their shit, and then settled down in chairs and started doing forced labor. When it was my turn, I tried to run, but they held me down, and the drill seemed to not go through my head, but it was just because I couldn't feel it go in. Soon after, the world started blurring, I could barely stand up straight, and my neck couldn't be held up on it's own. In my deranged mind, I demanded to be taken to a hospital, but only managed to utter "Hoossssp...." After being forced to create food packs, while I was fighting through the fog of not being able to think and barely controlling my movements, every one else went to sleep, and I tried to stumble away, but then the aliens got me with a small knife.

I just about lost it when I woke up and my neck was sore, I wasn't fully aware I was back in reality, and had trouble walking to the restroom. Fortunately I do like nightmares, and later that night I had a pleasant dream that I owned a black Corvette

I did run a mile in 9 minutes and 24 seconds with a sprained ankle though.

Similarly (but not quite as epic), 6 minutes and... 27 seconds? on a hip muscle pulled badly enough that I was having serious trouble walking.  I'm not entirely sure how that worked, but it was kind of cool.

The AC's out. So I'm in an apartment complex with a window that opens up to the walkway, with the choice of either roasting alive or keeping the window open at all times. Apartment complex means loud people. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much.

Worst part of it is I can't cook, or else the whole place gets too hot.

Nothing major I just feel blah about it.  It's going to take about 2 something hours (waiting takes a long time), but what do you do.

 I once waited five hours for a blood and urine test which took 15 minutes for me to complete. Then again, I have the luck of being able to fall into a light sleep whenever surrounded by the pure boredom of medical walls.
 And oh boy, you'll see the humidity that I had to face yesterday.
