Over at my parents' place to do some laundry, since my apartment doesn't have a washer/dryer, and thye have me run them to the store to pick up a "backup" case of beer so they don't have to walk up if they run out. THe sad part is that I can't join in the fun since I have to work tonight (and have a 9-hour shift tomorrow night because of DST).

Paralyzing anxiety   In this case, completely without rationale.  Not nearly so bad as it used to be, at least.  And I know better than to fall into a cycle of guilt anymore.  (Even if it means coming off as an unrepentant jerk sometimes).

I was recently running SFX for a team in a drama competition. They did a comedy version of the Trojan War.
