If your a fan of movies, especially ones from the 80s and 90s, you've probably heard the works of James Horner. You've probably heard his work in Titanic, Braveheart, Apollo 13, Avatar, Glory, Star Trek II, Aliens or even the Amazing Spiderman.

As a film soundtrack buff I haven't listened to much from him, but I loved the few bits of Avatar and Braveheart I've heard from him, so it made me really sad when I learned he had died in a plane crash.

My parents believe that the confederate flag is very patriotic, and they think it would be fun to get us all T-shirts with it on them for Independence Day.

Sometimes I wonder if they know I'm liberal and they're just doing all this to spite me.

How much of that lock happened because of hysteria over the lock, causing people to bicker--
and how much of it was because the content was objectionable and or off topic?

Toad outright says that all topics are ok to discuss, as long as we dont bicker.  Please dont bicker. Then threads wont be locked.

We're not the problem, it's all the people who were complaining about it are the problem. Specifically it's whoever complained to Toady who was the problem. We can't even have a simple discussion on this forum without some oversensitive griefer getting offended and bitching to Toady.

Both of you-- Please. No bickering. It is the big bolded rule right at the top of the page of general discussion. We HAVE to get along for this place to stay here.

Continued personal attacks profit nobody. What has happened has happened. Continued agitation will only make it worse. Please calm down and relax.
