I made a fully working graphical mouse UI for Dwarf Fortress.

It causes too many weird issues to actually be releasable.

Work with me on making a mouse ui for Armok Vision

Yep, turned out they were an odd breed of spam bot that posts discussion bait threads
But it was such a nice, well-mannered young program! :'(

If you were moving during August whilst I'm in the States I'd totally offer to help.

I fear that 'ghpl' or 'ghlpl' or whatever the hell his/her name was may have gone before the Toad and been judged unworthy.
All of his/her threads seem to be gone, and I can't find them on the user list- although that could be simply because I can't remember the name.
Who?
Oh gods. All trace of them has been erased, and they have been forgotten already!
Could I, too, be erased and forgotten so easily? Could any one of us disappear just as easily?

Or maybe I just imagined them.
I didn't imagine him! Phew! unless it's the plot twist from the second Professor Layton game

Also why is there no such thing as a social skills class. Like goddamn I don't know half of the social etiquettes. How do you even
You don't be a dick to people. That sums up the majority of it

...and the rest of it is superfluous garbage

yo working on a unity ui is way different from building a UI for DF

I should actually release the pieces of the UI, anyway

I stopped working on it after I added the second button once I realized that a lot of things wouldn't work or act strangely anyway, so I didn't put too much work into it, but it was fully working, had button graphics etc.

In that case, I should remind you that memory holes have giant ovens on the other end and thus are entirely unsuitable for sexual gratification, unless you're into getting the tip of your dick burnt.

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

There was a sad there earlier. I am assuming it was Bay12er related and therefore scrubbed.

I know, I was just trying to speak in dots.

...

Anyway, kinda sad, kinda rage-y. Was about to leave for uni when I found that one tyre on my car has a puncture. The spare is one of those new-fangled space saver wheels, meaning I'd have to drive 20 km/h under the speed limit and the bloody thing has a recommended lifespan of significantly less than the distance I need to travel.
So until I can get a proper tyre on that thing I'm kinda stuck.
At least I don't have any exams until next week.
