I saw that before the edit ._.
Much hugs to Vec (and co.). There's a cause for them problems, and how they apply, personally.
...And there's a lot of ways on how to get along with it.
Cheers for you, Vec! Self-doubt doesn't make a person; your beliefs make you!
I'm not a fair judge of situation as I can't be there physically. Brevity, here. Sorry for poking if it isn't needed.

My laptop doesn't want to start. I'm running Windows Repair or whatever it's called and hoping for the best.

I feel bad about not wanting to talk to my parents, but really, some days I just want to be alone, and I already talked to you twice today. You don't have to be calling me every hour. I am playing videogame. You just rendered my one hour of stealth in Warframe null and I can't do anything but look at my Warframe getting murdered and my teammates telling me to go die in hell while you talk about inner peace and some other Buddhist bullshit. You know what will give me inner peace? YOU NOT FUCKING CALLING ME REPEATEDLY, JESUS FUCK.

You could communicate scheduling more, and arrange a way for quicker communication which would deliver the ideas one wants to the other in a better format if its cutting in.
...And inner peace isn't had that way (though I get it.) ._. it's a long-term idea rather than a short-term solution.

That keeps on echoing what my dad says to me to help me. The hardest thing, sometimes, is accepting what is.
Or something like that. <.<

And yeah :o The beauty of many things is that there's no objective rule to... indicate(?) most of them. Finding contentedness yet acknowledging improvement is a great thingy.

almost reasonable amounts of sleep (somewhere in between 5 and 8 hours per night, usually in the latter end of the scale).
... What do you consider reasonable? That's... a bit on the low-end, actually. I think 8 hours is the average for a healthy adult? Between 7 and 9 at least.
Hence the "almost". I mean, i know people who sleep less than me. :v (also when i say in between 5 and 8 hours, it's on a day to day basis, probably averaging around 7 on the bigger scale)
As for what i consider to be actually reasonable, that'd probably be 8-9 hours per night, although given free reins, i'd sleep MORE than that (and my sleeping rhythm would be thrown into complete disarray). But for the most part, i either feel the classic "I HAVE NOT SLEPT ENOUGH" tiredness, or i feel groggy as hell all day. I consider the former to be slightly less disruptive, since it has a smaller impact on my mood.

And people who sleep more than 8 hours a day die sooner than those who don't. Basically you have to sleep between 7-8 hours a day or else you are having suboptimal survival chances.

I really can't operate if I don't sleep more than 8-9 hours.

I'll die early then?

I never feel awake no matter how much I sleep.

Oh, time to complain on sleeping problems? Let me in!

I only sleep once every two days. It's really cool to be honest, because I don't feel tired on the day I stay awake the night, and don't oversleep the next day either, so it's kind of useful.
Recently my father forced me to go to a medic who gave me some medications for hormonal control, which put me to sleep 10 hours every day, so I promptly stored them after the first week and never touched them again.

Sad: managed to knock my year-old laptop out of commission just by slamming my fist on the table one too many times. I have no idea how I've managed to do that, but now it doesn't work :S
