Stanford results tomorrow at 8 am. I wake at 9 to 10ish so it'll basically be first thing in the morning. I know that I'll most likely be denied, but I can't resist having a little hope. :/

Hey, it's the same thing I thought a year ago when applying to my university. I was wrong. Good luck!

And you're an academically competitive programming wunderkind from Korea. I'm sure they're gonna eat you up.

UUGH. It's the couple weeks before winter vacation again, and that means that it's time for shittons of homework. Whoopie. This leads to things like what happened yesterday (today?), namely staying up all night working on stuff, then getting up super early to continue working, then still having work I need to do, probably during lunch. This, of course, means I have days like this, where I'm tired enough my eyes unfocus and I nearly fall asleep in the middle of class. And then have a test the class after that. Consuming a large amount of sugary fruit seems to have temporarily fixed the problem, but if it wears off before I can get home, I'm officially screwed. Ugh. Fuck today, and it's not even 11'o clock yet.

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

Here's hoping you get in! I mean, the tuition is pretty high, but it's a great campus. HUGE campus, too.

Awful, terrible things happen when you feel safe for a test. I'm pretty sure I bombed the second half of my math final. Always be afraid, always be studying.

Also, I had this really vivid image of a scene last night and I just could not make it happen on paper. I wish I could draw, or paint, or sculpt, or any sort of visual artistic thing.

My boss tried to call people to see if someone would come in to cover my shift, but nobody's picking up their phones, it seems.
I keep switching from incredably sad to extremely angry, and my muscle twitching is making it hard to stay standing.
I don't want to be at work, and I don't want to go home. I just want to disappear.
