Smashed head on thing outside. Much pain. Blood. Freaked out when seeing the blood. In pain. HEADACHE.
Whatever you do, don't take a nap! Chances are you might be concussed to some degree.
ACK!
I have to dredge this up from yesterday. Don't force yourself to not sleep if potentially concussed, this is an old practice. If you're tired, sleep, it'll help the healing process. Forcing yourself awake is bad. If you feel you may hit hard enough to be concussed it's best to see a docotor. If you don't know, watch for the signs and symptoms over the next few days, Dizzines, nausea etc.

I don't get how you people offer emotional support without seeming insincere.
It's how you do it combined with sincere intent.

Like the ol' adage of If you want to look at the world as if there's always an ulterior motive or people doing this 'just to impress', its a possibility, as well as the other side...
...
That former worldview is a sad for me because of how easily applicable it can be, yet very wrong (unless...that's what everyone around actually does...then that's another story :-X).

plz no more ptsd :c
*hugs

*hugs*
You can come to terms with it... :S
In my personal past, it was with forgiveness to those who hurt me. Badly...

[relatively minor sad] So back when I got that nerve conduction test 5 days ago, afterwards we went to a comic store, and I was told I could get something nice for having to go through that.
Rather than just getting something for myself, I got a board game so we'd have something to do together. I've been told repeatedly that I'd get to try it out, but nobody would ever take the time to sit down and play it with me (they would rather play The Sim 2 on their DS).
So last night, I sat down, opened up the game, and played against myself.
I haven't done that since I left my parent's place.

Honestly, to me, all of the 'internet hug' stuff looks insincere. Even though I know they are well-meant, it just... empty.
Actual comments are different though.

-snip-
You were forced to play a board game with yourself?

I pity thee. I know how you feel.

What specifically? Try removing ram sticks one by one if you don't know which component it is. Assuming your hardware issue is causing computer issues.

unspecified motherboard m8, shit won't post

ram is clean i ran memtest on it for four hours a month ago and it's doubtful that it's what is causing issues

will try anyway though

power supply was recently replaced, but recently here is summer and parameters were okay with slight deviations in cpu vcore (under 0.2 or so)

i'll go fish out the tablet so i can post decently

Never say "it's doubtful" and leave it when we're talking comput shit.

Remove everything except:

CPU
CPU Fansink
Power button
Mobo speaker
24-pin mobo power
4pin CPU power
And CPU fan power

That includes removing the CMOS battery.

If it still doesn't post it's the mobo or the CPU.  If it error beeps then the mobo and CPU are fine and you can start moving up the chain, RAM, GPU, other shit.

If something important (the RAM or GPU, assuming there's no integrated one) is missing the mobo will beep, if something's broken or improperly seated it will do nothing but spin the fans.

What game? Some games are actually quite enjoyable by ones self.
The board game to Ender's Game. Where they're shooting each other in a zero-G environment.
It's like chess if it were on a hex grid, and all of your units are rooks that have to use their full movement until they hit something, and attacks are ranged, and dice based.
Basically, that's the idea. You don't have cards or anything, so all your pieces are visible, so you can realisically play by yourself (unlike cards games like Magic)
