The next episode of Manwhore Industries is getting pushed back 2 months. Every moment without Fernando is a cavernous emptiness, chilled by sorrowful winds.

The "tropes vs women in video games" thread in this very forum. Need I say more?
I regret even taking a look at it. Now if you excuse me, I'm going to watch a dead kraken being dissected, that'll be less painful.

You kidding? Compared to every single other sexism thread we have had... it is practically the bastion of sanity and glee. :P

It dips into a lot of dark places mind you... there was WAAAAY too long an aside on this one topic. >_<

"But Neonivek, didn't you get depressed at the thread at one point too?"
"Shut up Neonivek I did three times! I am just being overly defensive because I think someone is hinting at myself"
"Dang it Neonivek grow thicker skin"
"Just a little sensitive is all"
"ERRR!!!"

I'm sad now :(

I've only touched that thread a couple of times, and it's one of the more ridiculous things I've seen.

Shit, I made one post in there then bailed like D.B. Cooper. Only without all the money.

As to the "parents divorcing thing"... I've been on both sides of that. My parents divorced when I was 3, so I avoided pretty much all the shrapnel. Then took a face full of buckshot when mom got remarried quickly to an abusive illiterate drunk.

I've also been the father who moved out. I don't think its easy for any parent to leave their kids. But on the whole its been a positive experience for everyone in the equation.

Ugh, having the paranoid thoughts that people are saying bad things about me behind my back again... >_<

I really wish I was one of those people who just flat out don't care. I am in this terrible position where I don't easily fall to peer pressure, but the social rejection stings...

----

Also these jerks are hanging near me today... and they really burned me hard before so it HURTS to be near them.

UGH!!! I wanted to get away from them soo bad.

I'm tired. Might just be drained from going out and eating with my roommates and one of the girls from across the hall (not Cute Girl, sadly. other girl who is also cute but not The Cute) when I usually eat alone. Think that was kinda awkward. Felt kinda awkward.

Don't know if this stupid crush thing is going anywhere either, aside from causing extra anxiety over trivial matters and causing distracting and disruptive thoughts. Don't have cute girl's phone number, despite both my roommates having the numbers of both girls and apparently keeping in regular casual contact. Don't really get any invitations to hang out or anything from them. Like going out to eat today, they were prepared to leave when I decided I'd try and be social and tag along. Feelin' a bit like a useless and unwanted third wheel here. Loner. Outsider. Like usual, except now I get juuust enough social interaction to remind me that I'm not completely hopeless while still emphasizing that I'm not quite ...welcome? Accepted?

I don't know. Tired, kinda emotional, venting. Bleagh. Probably overthinking.

Sorry about my near constant shitposting about college social drama, by the way. I have no one else to really talk to about it though. God that sounds lonely to say.

Hey Neonivek. As an internet stranger, you can trust me when I say that I have never said bad things about you, and have generally thought of you as a pretty cool dude.
