The main reason I don't tend to post my sads is because I do feel like I'm trying to one-up people and start a pity party.

Yeah, I frequently don't post in here because I either feel like I'm being trivial, or one-uping someone, so it makes me feel bad so I don't say anything.
I mean, last night I found out that me and my wife lost our birth certificates and wedding licence, and now we have to find a way to get them back.
The groundhog that lived behind my apartment for over 2 years died.
And there's a third thing, I now have a second opinion on the idea of me being bi-polar, because my new theapist thinks so too.
And I've been not saying anything out of worry of making other people upset.
Sigh.

Posting this here since there's no "Things that made you feel like a fucking idiot today thread" as far as I know.

So I finally worked up the courage to ask out the girl from work I'd been interested in (since it was one of the few days she was working while I was there). Turns out she's married. Who's the idiot who decided the signifier for that should be a tiny little strip of metal around the outermost end of a long appendage?

I just shorted out my PC by trying to plug a mouse into it. I think I've reached my technological nadir. Possibly my nadir in general.

I know most of the words, almost every technique, and all the katas I've been taught.
But then panic attacks kick in whenever someone looks at me.

Being able to use it in a proper situation basically only be learnt via practise - plenty of free sparring, full contact, so you are used to attacking and defending in earnest under pressure, and hopefully you'll never have to use it in a real fight.

I often get migraines. I sorta got used to then though and provided I just relax and don't think too much during them, they go away in a day or two.

Not really a sad, but no better place for it. I've been having shooting pains up my right arm and a constant ache in my right wrist for most of the day. I don't know what happened, and it's been making me feel like shit, and a bit nauseous as well. Urgh.
