Portuguese, on the other hand, only has gendered pronouns. Oh and there are little to no clues when it comes down to determining which word is of each gender.

Therefore, according to evolutionary linguistics, Koreans and Filipinos must all be androgynous.  ;D

Dang it, all I know is English, and smatterings of other things.

Sads: This whole day I've either been crying or trying to suppress screaming. I'm so tired of this.
I let people do whatever the hell they want to do, and I don't complain about that, and me wanting to spend 30 minutes at the library is apparently horrible. But no, everything is my fault.
And I literally can't even type this without being yelled at over fucking text messages about how damn selfish I am.

Yep. Spanish too.
Although Spanish does have some clues as to which word is which gender.
I've never had problems with gendered pronouns in Spanish. Then again, I am by no means fluent in it, so I could know more about them.

The thing I've learned is that the more you let people walk on you, the more selfish they say you are when you stop acting like a doormat.

You need to stop allowing people to walk on you, weather the onslaught of 'YOU SELFISH BASTARD!' and find the point where you're nice to people. but not to the extent that you're used.

Probably a number of the people that would hang around only did so because you were a nice little thing to wipe their shoes on before entering the house, so obviously they want to deter you from changing.

Good thing you've found a balance instead of just going the other way until you hit the opposite end and staying there - god knows it took me a while, and possibly there's still a couple steps to that point.

Well, I've headed back to the library now, and they won't respond to me anymore, so I'm not really sure where I'm at on that line.
I'm just so... filled with anger and sadness right now.
Oh wait, no, they just contacted me again. Now they're trying to apologize again, while still insulting me and saying that I don't care about anyone.
I don't freaking even anymore.
