Didn't sleep last night. Air conditioning is now on, and the house is freezing. Especially my room in the basement.

I haven't been able to go hang out with friends in a while, which I think is starting to drive me a bit crazy. Especially since my mother has turned her craziness up to 11 with my grandmother dying.

A guy who lives above a relative of mine is having a psychotic episode. This happens most years: He'll come out of hospital, continue taking his medication for a while, stop taking them, slowly get worse, do something stupid and get sectioned again. He isn't very popular in the area because he can be manipulative, threatening, and has stolen things from most of his neighbours. While spending the last couple of days at said relatives house we could clearly hear him ranting and crashing around all day and night. I feel really sorry for him and think he ought to have better medical care. He keeps shouting that he wants a cuddle or as if arguing with someone. His care workers know he isn't on his meds, neighbours have complained, but they are waiting for him to throw himself in front of a car again or similar.
