You make syrup out of the sap. This suggests it may be possible to make blood syrup.
This argument seems to have the capability of ad infinitum regress. Perhaps we should all shun the Blood God for a while, until he gets more needy, and therefore more tolerable? I know my constant blood sacrifices are growing annoying.

(This isn't really relevant, so this is my last post on the matter)

Then you burn the parts of the animal that you wouldn't want to eat anyway, as another sacrifice.
Which bits are those? I can't think of anything sizeable enough to not eat and also be a decent sacrifice.

The gallspleenheartlungkidneystomachthighbladder, obviously. Where do you live that goats don't have gallspleenheartlungkidneystomachthighbladders?

Yeah basically everything but the big muscles and specifically excluding anything housed deeper than the ribcage or within 1/8th the creature's total height from its genitals.

ouch that's painful to watch

Some MMA trained guy beating up a deluded old man for $5000. Halfway through you can see that he wants to stop as well, but the old guy with imaginary magic powers decides to go on.
Sad.

Well it's not like I have my finger on the pulse of how everyone feels about you Descan. But it's not difficult to get people sacrificing goats. They're delicious.
But if goats are delicious why would anyone sacrifice them instead of eating? Unless Descanism involves using said goat in community cooking contest after sacrificing it.
Well yeah. I'm not a wasteful deity!
And yet your sig says you're the antichrist....hmmmm.... ???
What does that tell you about the other guy? :P

Blargh. Unending illness that makes me feel like some sort of horrid thing. That and I can't even find anything to occupy myself with, to take my mind off that.
I feel exactly the same. :(

Didn't, uh. Didn't the whole text thing say when the antichrist comes along the critter's going to do better by folks on Earth than christ did, and make everything basically utopian and grand until the end of times come and YWHW shits fire on everything? Coulda' sworn that was the gist of it. Pretty sure the antichrist would get my vote, considering it would be peace + prosperity vs fire and horrific monstrosities from the heavens. Soul might be damned, but I could definitely spare a soul or two if it meant no more starving people everyone was well fed and healthy.

NOt sure if serious, but the most common theory of the Antichrist is that he will take power by feigning peace and goodwill before proceeding to wage war upon and massacre all those who do not worship him as a god. In the Christian groups that believe in Antichrist, effectively the entire book of Revelation from the opening of the seals to the Battle of Armageddon is the work of Antichrist.

*waggles hand* Half serious. Cribbing memories after the last time I read through the lego revelations, on a day where I haven't eaten anything substantial since the day before and have been up since before sunrise (and it's nearly sunset).

Still, feigning peace and goodwill. Better than most folks do, y'know? Especially if whatever it is can keep the charade going long enough for world peace to kick in. It would be a better physical track record than Christ or YWHW have been credited for managing, after all...

I mean, I like Jesus-bro, but he managed good by, what, some of the Jews for a little while? Pretty small peas compared to the entire human population of modern times (even if only long enough to start the bloodbath, really...).

I'm okay with worshipping a guy who single-handedly brings peace and prosperity to the world...
