Am I alone in assuming nothing magical happened in that movie?

I didn't until the ending hit me like a freight train.

Was play-fighting with Wolfeyez (this is quite common. She has some powerful legs), and I broke one of her fingernails. She's not treating it as a big deal, but I still feel bad.
It is a nail it grows back. Besides i have nails that would make catwoman jealous right now they need to be trimmed.

Have been listening to some good music recently. This makes me happy (The type of music I listen to is more upbeat) and sad at the same time. Makes me sad because I can write alright. I could make some lyrics up. But I couldn't write the actual music (This I could learn and intend to do so.) What really bothers me that, even simply reading out what I've written, it comes out as a dead monotone. I can not read poetry. My singing sounds the same pitch, and does not change. Again, monotonous.

I know this seems petty compared the real sorrows of the world, but it eats me up a bit every time I hear a good singer.

Edit: Yes, Pan's Labyrinth is sad. I kinda wanna see what would happen to the son if the father kept him...

You need to train your hearing. Writing, it depends on how ambitious you want to be. A lot of the really popular stuff is hilariously simple musically, to the point where I need five minutes to write a pop song in any key, and I'm not even good at that stuff. E major? E,A,b,G. A minor? a,F,C,G.

If you want to write something more ambitious, well, off to music theory-mobile you go.

You guys were fighting in a place with exposed nails? That's pretty hardcore. I hope you got your tetanus shots.

I, in fact, have had a tetanus shot recently. Thanks for the concern.

Hold on. I'm sure she's not a wild animal. No tetanus needed. (Unless she poisons her nails. Which oddly doesn't sound far-fetched...)

It's been a long time since anyone's attacked me with a poisoned weapon. (My sister was a terror to behold. She tried to kill me, literally, on several occasions.)

That would depend on who you ask.

Not a whole wolf. Just his eyes. Do not question the mechanics of that.

Guh?!

How was her face at the end of it?
I'm sure it didn't feel good, but you have to remember that my sister could out-deadlift everyone on the football team in high school. She was basically the T-1000 with pigtails.

Friends, we have discovered a weapon more dangerous by far than the orbital magma cannon. And it wears pigtails
