Tests will be needed.
Indeed.
If it works like I think it does, and we're lucky enough, we may be able to get someone to snipe someone else from across the street with a shotgun using that power.
Hell, maybe I could!

I had a really vivid memory from first grade pop into my head while I was showering today. It was really random, and left me feeling really sad that life used to be so not-complicated and fun and happy but at some point got all complicated and confusing.

I have those sometimes too, though in my case they're flashbacks to an abusive childhood that I want to forget. Sure, there were good moments but I don't want to remember those either. I just want to live in the now.

Speaking of that, what worries me right now is that if I sleep for ten hours or more I have chest pains for at least a day or two. I slept for about twenty hours yesterday and as a result I'm having chest, back, neck and leg pains. No worries, I'm seeing my doctors twice this week so don't tell me to go see them when I'm already planning on seeing them. Got to mention the boils on my thighs and talk about my blood work with one of them anyways so I might as well mention the other stuff too.

This game is so awesome. Having two pyskers work together is so stupidly over-powered it's not even funny until the demons get called.

And I'm glad I could make you feel a bit better about it, Hanslanda. The game's going really fun with HFS in command, and I really enjoyed reading the parts where you were running it.

I had a whole arc planned out! I had no actual notes, but I had a campaign outlined in my mind. See, you would have gotten done with the current battle, and the Arbites probably would have arrested the lot of you. The Inquisitor would have arrived and bailed you out of jail. No, he wasn't the Blank that you met first. He would have revealed he needed you to cover for him, and he figured throwing you into the known Arbites safehouse that the bad guys had bugged would cause a fantastic distraction. He had followed the leader guys, and you needed to storm a warehouse in the shitty section of town.

You storm the warehouse, have a rousing gun battle with a bunch of Generic Mookstm and six well armored, organized, intelligent bodyguards and their leader-bro, who is a total pussy and surrenders immediately. This is where you get the armor and such I promised, and the leader reveals that the whole thing wasn't heresy or alien action or anything. It was just a bunch of people pissed over taxes and tithes. You stopped a rebellion. Good job.

Now he sends you off to deal with another 'cult', in a system not far from here. You get there, do your investigation thing, and notice lots of Wierdtm stuff going on. People are venerating the 'Emperor' in a very strange way. Everyone seems to be behaving oddly. Eventually, you get to the root of it, and travel deep into the sewers of the hive city to observe a secret ritual of the high priests of the local Ecclesiarchy. They are venerating a huge, robed man. One of them spots you, or you decide to kill them all, and the robed man is revealed to be...

A motherfucking Genestealer Broodlord. Just one Genestealer on the whole planet. But he just saw you, and he is absolutely determined to wreck your faces. You either flee or fight, whichever floats the collective boat. The fight/chase is going hilariously poorly for you, because a goddamn Broodlord, when the Inquisitor teleports in with a group of four Deathwatch Marines, and between the lot of you, you kill the Broodlord and begin the planetary purge. In a moment of reprieve, the Inquisitor tells you quite delightedly that you were, once more, bait leading him to the big threat to be eliminated.

I hadn't planned out the next part just yet, but I had intended for you to totally save the Inquisitor's ass in the next mission, because I can't let you feel like bait on EVERY mission, right?

Excellent!

I wonder how badly that would've been derailed.

Considering the first thing you did was summon a Daemon, pretty badly.

I don't deliberately fuck plots over most of the time.

This time is one of the times where I'll be good about not being horrible derail man.

...You people think my campaign is fun so far? :D

...How's the writing so far, too? I'm a bit worried that you won't like what I have planned.

I mean, sure, I should probably update it soon, but I think I'll give you guys a bit more time. Tomorrow, then.

So far you're doing horribly.
I expect a shoot out in 4 turns.

I got my post in just 1 second first, and now it's bugging up my reply tracker, saying this is new even after I just read it.

Spent a couple of hours shopping online for clothes. I can't put it off any longer as I have almost nothing to wear that isn't falling apart and beyond fixing. It seems the jeans that are in fashion aren't to my taste and little else is either. Did find some nice combats/cargo pants on a military surplus site.
