I just got my bi-annual hair cut... I think this one actually may have made me look substantially worse.
It's probably the 'I'm used to what I look like, now I look different, I look weird' effect.
Add that to the 'I know nothing about hair so having it really long kinda makes it look like I somehow do and now it's short and I look like a retard' effect.

gods alive, why do introductory courses have to be so terrible ;_;

These things are supposed to be, like, the hook! They're supposed to catch you, and be awesome and enthralling and and and and and it's not and I haven't been in one yet that wasn't horrifyingly boring. Argle.

I'm am just so exhausted by dealing with trolls and haters and whiny kids with nothing better to do with their time but to shit on other people. I have SO much respect for Anita Sarkeesian right now though. I don't even know how the hell she survived the abuse leveled her way, considering I'm dealing with the barest fraction of that and only a small amount is even directly against me.

It's just... the knowledge that a person's seemingly highest goal in life is nothing more than to see you fail. It sucks.

I've cleaned out a derail.  Due to the circumstances I'm not going to punish anybody, but I'd appreciate it if the line of discussion does not resume.

Pretty sure I saw a dead man right outside my neighborhood today. There was a two car accident, and the guy was just sort of slumped there in his seat, held up by his seat belt. EMS was there, and an officer was directing traffic around the wreck, but no one was near the body, like they would have been if they were seeing to an injured person. It's impossible to find anything online to know for sure, though. I just get car wash websites and auto insurance companies on Google.

Strangely, everything was still there when I came back outside of my neighborhood five minutes later. It was a little bizarre.

Gotta do something about my ridiculous anxiety problems.  I have some sort of panicky experience every night before I go to bed, and every morning right before I get in to work.

It doesn't help that tomorrow we're doing more touchy-feely meet-and-greet stuff.

Oh well.  This has been an extremely successful weekend, and if it weren't for the heat here making my hair soooo greasy you'd have photos of my new hair dec.  I'll shoot some tomorrow.

A bit of introspection perhaps? That always helps me when I'm wracked with my feelings. :D
