I know the lull. This feels like a bit more. I always have ideas--I have 5 mods!--but now I... don't care. I don't care even about ideas. Heck, I'm pretty sure I left a new version of Fortbent languishing, but I don't really want to finish it. That scares me. I may be blowing this out of proportion, but I have never felt this apathetic before, and it's freaking me the hell out.

Chilling is good, though. I'll chill; that's what I was planning on.

I was posting in here because I was freaking the fuck out, but some good ol' human interaction seems to have bounced me up to an odd state. I'm really damn happy now.

This extreme happiness is weird and kinda scary, but not unappreciated.

This week has been weird as hell in a bad way.

I'm been very close to panic attacks over really meaningless things. I'm almost constantly skittish. I'm occasionally picking fights. This came directly after having a really nice holiday. What the hell is up with me?

Woke up feeling craptacular. Depression, we had a good thing going, with you being elsewhere. Can we do that again sometime soon?

Trying to push through the blahs this evening by making weird music with a MIDI synthesizers and soundfont emulators. Needs a lot of polish, a B Section, and maybe a C too. Thinking ABABC. Loops okay as it is though, and it could have come out worse. Not feeling much different, but it was a good exercise in focus:

I just got done talking to the dumbest stupidest fucking stupid narcissistic idiot to ever void the warranty on his brain.  The main thrust of his argument was that humans are stupid narcissistic idiots who don't understand the real world.  Ironically he proved his own point by being a stupid narcissistic idiot who buried himself in fantasies about a cartoon version of nature where wolves are magically immune to the natural inclination for self-destruction that all species given the opportunity exhibit.  When I tried to explain why any species, given the opportunity, will destroy its own ecosystem, I learned the cherry on this dumbass sundae.

He was a creationist.  Not just a creationist, but a full on doesn't have any idea what evolution actually is creationist who believes in the hypothesis>theory>law hierarchy.
