I am disappointed that it took me almost five years to realize that the only things that are worth going to look for on 4chan are memes, wallpaper, and pornography. I think I may have wasted a good part of the past half of a decade because I realized that there are better places to look for such things these days.

I think I'm going to have some tea now and just hope that caffeine takes the edge off of the disappointment I am experiencing right now, though regardless of the circumstances and regardless of my disappointment I still think I am made of awesome. I just hope that I continue to think that so maybe I can get out of this funk of mood swings and disappointment that I have been having for a while now.

You can get your revenge by trolling 4chan into a civil war. It will be funny.

I get on 4chan occasionally, but every time I find something like those guys who convince themselves they have imaginary My Little Pony friends and then leave for several months.

It was nice when the US was the world's superpower. Past tense. So they'll outwork us in labor and now in degrees for smarts.... Also their grads have never heard of "student loans" because their country correctly realizes that IT needs to invest in THEM, rather than the other way around. I think we're kinda screwed. :(

Recycling bins for this town have apparently been removed. Considering the general nature of the folks in the town, I'm not entirely surprised, but... bleh. Have to go to the next town over sometime tomorrow :-\

What exactly do you put in recycling bins?
Mostly plastics, in my case. Water jugs, soda bottles, stuff like that. Things that can afford to sit for a while without, like, rotting. Or attracting rats or somethin'. Local garbage service doesn't recycle, so if you're going to try to be even a little conscientious about your waste, you've got to go out of your way and making regular trips gets... hrn. A combination of annoying (time) and expensive (gas). So you let the stuff build up for a while and clear out the plastics every month or so... whenever you've got two-three bags worth.

If you're asking in general... mostly plastics, paper, and sometimes glass. Heavier stuff (metals, hazardous junk, etc.) generally go to dedicated recycling centers directly, instead of via the intermediary bin.

Let me save you to trouble of the internet argument:
Con:"Communism doesn't work ever."
Pro: "China's the number two and soon to be number one economy in the world."
Con: "Only cause they embraced capitalism."
Pro: "China hasn't embraced capitalism. It used the power of the state to underbid it and appeal to greed."
Con: "They're becoming more and more like our system of capitalism though."
Pro: "You mean they have a massive foreclosure problem, debt slave college grads, and huge national debt while people demand they pay less taxes?

Meh.
I'd be fine with it,were it not for the fact free speech is... well, not really there. Insult the wrong person, next thing you know you're in prison for life.

EDIT: although, do remember, there are a large number of people who are missing out in all of this.
Just so you know, China is only communist in name though.

What you see there is a absolute state which kinda knows what it's doing.
