No. Your little comment about how there is always reasons seems odd when you directed it at a guy who just said that everyone has reasons.

To make this clearer:

Guy: There are always reasons.
You: NO YOU ARE WRONG THERE ARE ALWAYS REASONS

You see my confusion now?

Rats go in Dodos come out, can't explain that. Other then humans eating them.
I suppose human curiousity got the best of them, but I stand firm on the rats eating them more bit.

Alright guys. Take the discussion there. We've derailed this thread enough, methinks. :) I'd rather someone not get stressed about more about their sad because everyone else is talking about morality.

The only variable is the allowable set of reason and methods used to kill.

As a general rule with a few exceptions, the higher the number on the list, the fewer restriction on why and how are required in order to remain within ethical parameters, I have rational reasons for those distinctions, but not everyone does.

If a set of reasons can justify a killing, you can justify everything, even madmen's actions. That was my point (probably poorly expressed, I agree).

Not all reasons are good or sufficient reasons.

Okay. I don't mean to be pedantic or whatever, but really. Please take it to that thread or make your own or something. Unless it's actively making you sad somehow. o.O I'd rather we quit cluttering the sad thread with it.

I'm not sure if this makes me terrified or sad or what, but I seem to have realized I have no real problem with the world possibly ending on Friday. I don't really have any regrets or anything where I think I should have done this! or Why did I do that? I mean, there's screwups and mistakes I regret doing in the past, but nothing where I feel if I could relive life I'd do it differently or really feel bad that I missed out on something. There's no bucket list I gotta rush out to do.

My only real regret is that I'll probably never see humanity really get beyond our solar system, devise faster-than-life travel, tame dragons, clone rocketcheetahs, or do anything so awesome.

Honestly I find the thought of the world as we know it ending to be an invigorating and pleasant change of pace, if anything even does happen. If I die, I'm cool with that.

I'm a bad speller, no amount of telling me how bad I am is going to make me better. People have been trying for over two decades. English is hard for me, its like how some cant get math, i cant get English.

I'm sad because I have no ambition, inspiration, creative spirit, or motivation. Actually, not that sad; more Zen-y. I just sorta waste my time away while my life passes me by, and I have no desire to do anything else.
