"Does this dress make my ass look big?"
My response to this has always been, and will forever be, "No. Your big ass makes your ass look big."

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Oh, come on now. It's not like I'm the only one who gets the occasional urge to see other human beings inescapably engulfed in an eruption of bright, soothing flames. I'm sure everyone has the desire to set at least one other person on fire at some point in their lives.

I have the urge at least twenty-seven times a day.

Give any retail employee a flamethrower and free reign, and they will be very, very happy, very, very quickly.

This is why a zombie apocalypse would fail so fast.
"Wait, you mean I can kill them ALL?"
"Yeah. They're acceptable targets."
"Give me the guns. All the guns. And the fire axe. And that knife. And a fucking mace. All of it. I'M GOING TO KILL THEM ALL."

My zombie contingency plan:
Go to Walmart.
Tell them they can kill zombies that are outside the store.
Lead zombies to outside of store.
???
Collect zombie corpses.
Sell.
Profit.

A zombie apocalypse would be a terrific stress reliever. Or, at least it would until you met your (zombified) family.

It certainly would be great to just duct tape their mouths closed and use them as sparring partners/punching bags that you could relentlessly beat the shit out of...

...damn it, now I'm sad about the how unlikely an actual zombie apocalypse is.

And now that Twinkies are gone, it's at least twice as unlikely!

What made me sad today? I realized that I'll never be good at drawing things. Ever. For the people who read Homestuck, uu's Drawings are BETTER than my drawings.

It's all about devotion. Spend a few hours every day and you will improve. Take a class (or youtoube classlike), or read up on theory. You just have to train and learn. It's all everyone who has ever been good at drawing has done.

Seriously, I remember looking at a blog by some dude who couldn't draw at all and had no base talent whatsoever, but who had decided he was going to learn, and the blog followed him through one year. There was an extreme improvement, you could hardly believe the stuff was made by the same person. So yeah. It's all about devotion. Being good at something is just a matter of time invested. There are no quick routes to being good, not even innate talent will do that. You have to keep trying and never give up. You can be just as good at drawing as you want to be one day if you push yourself to it.

I don't remember who said this, but "Not sucking at something is a product of time invested. At first, you suck at something. Then, you practice, and get better. After a while, you don't suck anymore."
