Archer was the last. Sisko was the one for Deep Space Nine, which ran roughly concurrently to Voyager (but I think DS9 started first; could be wrong).

Well, at least I'm not crazy and did indeed remember correctly :P

@ Kedly: I think Sisko was the captain for DS9, but that wasn't the most recent. Most recent was Enterprise, which wasn't all that great.
