Anyone know what it feels like to be stabbed in the heart? I do. Someone just hurt me a lot by not being there when I really just needed someone to talk to. I didn't need anything complicated or hard to do. I just needed someone to talk to...

I must just not be worth the trouble. Everyone I really care about leaves when I need them the most. I'm a fucking idiot for ever trusting anyone.

Okay.  Janet, without knowing anything obviously, all I can try to say is, you might be reading too much into someone not being around.  You are never not worth the trouble.  Just look at how many other friends you have.

There's always oneself, or an audience of ghosts (if possible), or plants; they'll grow better from it. I dunno. But hey, we're always available.
