My sad: realizing I've been referring to Truean as a he since I've seen her around.

*awkwardly shuffles feet*
*inhales* oooooh, I could make you feel much worse...

however, I'm not that big a dick.
;_;
what, do you WANT me to do it?
You can not tell us that you can make it worse without telling us what it is. You knew that, too.
I'm sort of stuck between curiosity and not wanting to feel like even more of an ignorant dick.
I do not think anyone cares as much as you suppose. You are not expected to detect sex through the Internet.(stop giggling!)

Oh, ok then. I'd like this to be done and over with now, please. My bad, Truean.

You get used to the gender thing when you're trans. :) That's not an issue.

About to go off the sleeping medicine I've been taking for seven years that also makes my Tourettes bearable. Wish me luck.

Update: 36 hours with no sleep is intense. Now there's the realization that this'll be every couple of days until I can start sleeping without it.

Isn't the neuroleptic's dosage supposed to be reduced gradually?

I'd assume because it's an antipsychotic that makes him sleepy?

why do you assume it's a neuroleptic?

It is the mainstream tried and true treatment for severe cases of Tourette's.

Stimulants and antidepressants are employed for the treatment of ADHD and obsessive-compulsive disorders which may come with Tourette's.

You are exactly right. For this week and next week I'm doing one day off and two days on. Then I'll alternate between days for a couple weeks and then go off it cold turkey.

I can't reduce the amount because it's a capsule and it's already the lowest possible dosage the medicine will go (at least that's what I heard when I asked). And yet it dominates my life anyway.

You have no idea how grateful I am to whoever runs this place we call Earth that I didn't get those along with it.

Imagine if Dwarf Fortress was twice as complex, the dwarfs were about as stupid, and you had no thumbs. Now try to avoid a Crapsack World.

to start with, WHY DID YOU MAKE US HUMANS SO MORONIC!?
Humans aren't moronic, they are just operating outside of recommended environmental conditions for factory settings.

second: Y NO DRAGONS!?
There are dragons, and things even more awesome. I think you're actual problem here might be "why are us humans fucking gigantic?". Go a head, complain about being a giant that can kill many of your enemies by simply stomping on them. Also, if I made them bigger too, you'd have just have eaten them all.

As a consolation prize, have some beetles. Some of them even have dragon-breath style attacks!

Quote
third: WHY MAKE OUR TEETH DECAY!?
One: Still operating outside of recommended conditions. Two: Because you weren't supposed live long enough for it to be a problem. Three: Hey, at least I gave you a backup pair.
