and the tobacco growers union (which also covers bakery workers for some reason.)

Little known fact: the tobacco growers' union was originally intended to also cover people who grew marijuana. Unfortunately, the people who wrote the founding documents referred to them as "people who get you baked" and the secretary handling it didn't recognize the slang.

Truean, if you need dryly humorless office posters, why not one that says "You don't have to be crazy to work here, but it provides legal recourse!"

:) Thank you for that.

Flipping through tv channels, hear Queen's "We Are the Champions".
"Ooh!" I think.  "Queen!  That's our favourite band, self!"
Then I pause to listen for half a second.
"Wait... butchered arrangement?  Emphasis on image and style rather than bringing something unique to the cover table?  Obvious disregard for Freddie's memory, focusing on commercialization instead?  Excessive use of auto-tune?!
"I'm watching Glee!

"FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU-"

Now I'm sad at the state of the "music" industry.  If I was actually any good at the guitar I'd form a rock band, but I guess not.

I'm sad because I've been thinking about an old friend I no longer have.

Also because we don't have highly localized invisibility as in the latest Goblins comic.

Found out today that the internship I start next week is going to be a 7AM to 4PM deal instead of 9AM to 5PM.  This is after an hour commute in the morning.  Guess I'll be getting up at 5AM.

I am not a morning person. :(

...How can people sleep up to 8am?

I almost always wake up 6am ;o

And most people I know work either from 6am to 2pm (workers) or 8am to 4pm (office people) ;O

6am is a bedtime, not a wakeup time.

Sleep when it's 24:01.

Never sleep again.

Back when I still had summer vacations I could sleep 10 hours a night, easily.  Sometimes 12 or more.  Now I'm lucky to get 6 per night (mostly my fault, for staying up way, way too late).

My older brother can sleep 14-15 hours a day I think.  It's insane.

Either way, I think I'm going to have to start going to bed at like 10PM, else I'm going to certainly get in a car wreck falling asleep during that one hour drive five times a week.

I'm operating off about 3.5 hours right now. Been getting 4-5 hours a night the last several, feeling due for a 'crash' either tonight or tomorrow night, where i'll wind up going to bed shortly after 7pm and get about 12 hours. That'll recharge me enough to go off 4-5 hours a night again for several days.

I have to give a presentation tomorrow. I hate giving them, and I've no idea how well it's going to go, given that I've got little to no idea what I'm going to talk about.

I'm just turning into a wreck more and more over the most stupid things. I don't know what I'm supposed to do now even.
