That's pretty disturbing... you might want to spoiler that.

I would not agree very much. The child is just a strange color, being either very dusty or very dead or both.

It's a dying child covered in dust who has gone limp.

Yeah, spoiler it.

Reading up on the source, he's not dead at that point, but dies later at the hospital. The building he was in got hit with an american missile back in 2008.

So yeah, dying, limp child.

While there's probably a want for images of dying, limp children somewhere out there in the deep recesses of the internet, that want cannot be found here. Spoiler it.

Karne, At first I read that as you being sad that your sister didn't want to date you.  I need help.
Same here.
Yes, you do.

I am far from knowledgable about such matters, as I am a social recluse, but I would not think such a brief period of flirtatiousness would carry any promise of further romantic involvement. One might suppose that she was being flirtatious merely for her amusement.
Possibly.

It was some incredibly heavy flirting though. To jump from that to a boyfriend strikes me as unlikely. I'm not unconvinced my sister is lying to me, since she seems to want to c*ckblock me at every opportunity, despite the fact that I get about one chance at a girlfriend a year.

Said friend is coming to stay the night next week, I think, so a conversation should take place at such time. All this will be sorted out in time.

Hey guys, remember me?
Things are sort of bad for me right now, really bad, sort of catastrophic really. Not going to go into it, as there are people I know IRL who know I pretty much used to live on these forums and I wouldn't want them hunting me down here, but anyway, might not be here for some time, if ever again. I just need time, or something else, or both, I'm not sure, not the point.

Anyway, point is I may or may not be back, and just in case, I wanted to say good bye to you all, because seriously, this is the greatest community I have ever known.
Then again I could be back tomorrow and feel foolish about all this, but better safe than lost forever.

Hunting you down? Ho boy, that bad?

Well good luck to you. Hope you can escape and/or resolve whatever the issue is.

This is why I don't intend to ever tell people about this place, it's nice to have somewhere separate.

Sorry to hear about that Max, hopefully you'll be able to come back.

I honestly hate it when my friends/people I know google my username and then go on the forums I go on. This usually results in the few rare "hey guyz, wats goin on" posts you may see in the threads I'm in.

Everyone I know couldn't care less which forums I visit, heh. Most aren't tech savvy enough and the ones that are abhor forums and prefer facebook/etc.

I have few friends, and fewer friends who frequent the internet. There is currently only one who knows even 2 of my usernames that I also know IRL.

So I guess I either don't know enough nerds, or I'm paranoid that someone's going to screw up my shit on the internet.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

I don't think I have the time or motivation to finish all the homework I have for school.  This is annoying, and frustrating.

Good luck to you, we'll miss you.  Be safe man, and don't let the situation get you down... there are always ways to improve things.
