Last words of dream:

"Please hand in your midterms.  ... [Vector]?"

Then my eyes snapped open.

Oh god, I had a nightmare about a joint rhetoric and logic exam.  Fuck you brain.  Also, I have a logic homework due tomorrow, a rhetoric exam tomorrow (therefore a study session today), and 450 pages more of this book to read before I can return it... it's due today D:  Oh, and that meeting this morning.  The one I don't want to go to.

Lordy, what a mess.  At least the book is about to come in at my local library, so I might be able to get my mom to rush-job it over here tomorrow evening after my exam.  I need to finish that thing this week.

My dream this morning was just crazy.  There were a few of them actually.  One involved missing a week of college to save the world (it involved another world and a lot of flying) and the second one I was forced to eat like a ton of green beans and asparagus because I was working at some place or something.  Not to hate on any green bean or asparagus fans but that was awful.  I think it was because I offered a ravioli to a fellow co-worker.

Luckily, today's first Chemistry exam was really really easy.  Easy 100.  We'll probably go over our first Math exam tomorrow too so that will be very helpful.

That Minecraft mod, Millenaire, eats out a whole lot of FPS, making the game border on unplayable. I had to remove mine because of that, although it was fun.

Looking for other mods to install (new mod addict).

I have numerous attorneys (roughly 7ish? 8? Plus some paralegals) asking me for free favors and advice on how to do stuff/file things/ create documents, and basically practice law. I've happily given them this advice, knowing they are charging for it and I'm getting jack. This is because I'm a sap nice person. I'm still paying well over $15,000 a year to repay my student loans, plus am swamped with work. I am the one people come to for advice, but not to drop off a paycheck to.... Even if I don't get money, some courtesy or other would be nice. Yeah, I dunno if I'm gonna keep doing that stuff like this.

Yes. Though hopefully, "is the one other lawyers call for advice" [insert list of names as references] will look good on a resume'. Eh, not exactly those words but you get the gist.

I have to spend 4 hours in a hospital with nothing to do because an apartment I want to check out I can't until then, and like hell am I burning the extra gas for another trip. Guess I'll be getting a lot of writing done, but it'd be better if I were in the mood to do so.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Professor is having us watch The Squid and the Whale in our interpersonal communication class.

 Hargleblargle.

Yes it's a fascinating opportunity to observe how this whole train wreck goes down, but the crap that little kid gets into. We apparently even didn't see the worst of it, the professor skipped one scene.
"Trust me, you don't want to watch that."

Man, Steam died just as I was about to tell ToonyMan that the last episode of Kaiji is out.

I guess I'll use this post as an opportunity to tell him that the last episode of Kaiji is out.

Comon you can't die three hours in the past now.
