You could put "Don't PM me if..." in your sigtext, so at least you could get rid of the unwanted ones ;D
Guess I have found a positive thing about not being popular.

I guess charlimit would soon be reached, considering the number of potential if's.

Do it, but ensure such hilarious historical inaccuracy that nobody could possibly take it seriously. Insist that Hitler was the President of the United States and General Genghis Khan was the leader of the Confederate Army. I promise, at least 5 people will think you're being serious and type up rants about how people don't know anything about history. Gods, everything about this idea is terrible, isn't it?

Given that I have a B.A. in history....that would be incredibly painful for me. On the other hand, it also means I should be able to come up with some epic troll material.
"No, really! The reason that Lincoln freed the slaves was that he needed their manpower to fight the Confederate Mexican legions! And that's why black people and Mexicans still hate each other today."

Oh please yes. Please be sure to include Theodore Roosevelt and Alec Baldwin. Pin the whole Civil War down to some trivial thing in a different nation, like a poor day for some French banker leads directly into the Civil War.

That would be an option.

No one's even being a jackass when they PM me, though--I mean, ever!  I even get a bit chewed out by folks sometimes (for being a jerk), and I enjoy it.  I really enjoy receiving all of them; it's just that sometimes I feel too depressed or tired to reply ._.

Like, this is the first time in months that I've had anywhere near the energy needed to go write letters or spend most of the day working.

I suspect it's that diet, exercise, fish oil, and water, man... been working at it for the past few weeks, and it seems like it's finally taking effect :D

No, no, no...get your psuedo-history right. President Jeff Bridges was forced to succeed from the Union of Confederate States because Linkin Park shot at Fort Somewhere. Later, Lincoln signed the Masturbation Proclamation but was run over by Henry Ford on the way to a movie theater.

Hmm, besides having two long conversations (both already over), a couple of short informative exchanges and a post of appreciation, from a person which told me to shut up twice at two critical points of forum history, there isn't much in my inbox.

On topic:
Having a identity crisis.
I really do hope it's because I couldn't sleep well this night and not a side effect of the medication.

Yeah, pretty exciting.

I just got the news: My uncle has borrowed some more money and started a catering company with the leftovers of his previous. He bought supplies and a truck, and hired his friends and their wives to join in with a comfortable salary.

Why this makes me sad?

He does this all the damn time. It's lost our family a veritable fortune in wealth, not to mention all the precious valuables that he gave away to his "friends in need". It's just so hopelessly naive and ignorant that it just stuns me every time I hear this happen.

Not only that, but these ratbastards that coaxed him into making a new one in the first place have betrayed him in the past. They've managed to mooch off big sums of money (which was all borrowed, of course) and ran off with it time and time again - leaving him and my grandparents to cover the losses.

I'm completely powerless to it all, too. There's very little I can do to get the man to grow up and act less like a schmuck, and it pains me to watch him fritter away money jumping from bankruptcy to banckruptcy and switching between failed projects and incomplete tuitions.

Hmm Mafia...
Vacation is starting...

Yes indeed. We must have you back for more.

I'm still interested in trying Mafia out. I just never end up in that part of the forums, so I always miss when the Begginers' Games star.

...Which reminds me, I should go check if anything's starting soon.
