You guys totally haven't lost me.  I'm just not posting about things no one cares about anymore, I guess.
A bane to even the greatest writers to the world, Vector no matter how small your posts are there is always a meaning to them, even a simple "ok" can grab attention. I think your problem is there is no threads that you feel you can be attached to.

Your modesty is growing to an enormous size.  If we're not careful it'll turn into a supermodest and we'll all be sucked into its depths.

Dear anti-spam measures: I'm not typing that, dude.

There are two parts in these two-word capchas: one made by a computer, and the computer knows what you should type in, while the other part is actually text scanned off paper that OCRs couldn't figure out. This is done in an attempt to get people to help make electronic copies of books and newspapers that were published before computers were smaller than a room.

Bottom line: The easily readable bit is used for Turning tests, the less-readable one to help copy old books.
If you get cyrillic text or a misshapen blob, you can just as well type in "hamster".

Is that really true or are you just bullshitting us?

No. It's /b/. Nothing more, nothing less. Just /b/ as usual.
