Your dog reminds me of my own, whom I lost about a year ago now. She died on her 20th birthday, long outlasting the other three dogs we've had. She eventually lost all her teeth save three, which she used to slow effect to eat her food. Other than that, she was a happy dog.

Sad memories.

Feeling a bit depressed today. Not sure why. I'm sure it'll pass, but for the mean time I want to do nothing but lay in bed all day.

I live in Greenland, Blizzards are a daily routine at winter.  ;D

I don't mean a 'fast' or 'sudden' blizzard, I mean that it is both snowing and thundering.

In the past hour we've gotten six inches of snow, plus I've heard dozens of lightning strikes. I'm currently posting from my laptop because the power's out.

Thunder? Hmm.. never had them here during a blizzard.. and I have never heard any thunder ever while living in Greenland.

 It is weird, because warm weather makes thunderstorms. So... huh. Better watch those government mind control thundertowers, they do weird things to the weather.

If the Wikipedia article on Thundersnow is to be believed, it's a very rare event, and also all that thunder I heard was within three miles of my house. Luckily it slowed down, so now we're just getting slow snowfall with no lightning.

Scared the crap out of my mom, that's for sure. (She works night-shift, so it was an interesting morning for her.)

Awesome party today. Sad part? I was told it wasn't happening. And then it did, and nobody told me it was happening. Feeling mildly betrayed.
