I played Transformice a little bit, it's fun to catch up on my French. It's a shame it's Trolling: The Game for most people.

About the Samus bit, Fable 2 and Oblivion didn't turn the females ultra-skimpy by default. Now, I pose the question, haven't the men become more and more masculinized, or more bro, as compared to the normal looks?

Definitely more masculine. Just look at Max Payne :P

On Transformic, I just hop in a crowded room, attempt to have a legitimate conversation, and I swear there will be someone who answers. I keep bumping up against the 50-friend limit though.

I think comparing women being more sexualized to men being more macho would only work if games had increasingly larger emphasis on a slowly growing crotch bulge.

I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

Man, I spent $10 on a ColecoVision with a bunch of classic games, and the damn thing's fried.

Steam tends to be down around 1:00-2:30PM EST on most days. Not sure if it's a problem or maintenance.

SK Rougelike was either an unethical experiment by two college students to collect data on internet violence, or an outright hoax. Not sure if I'm sad or enraged.

Yeah... I'm pretty sure whoever's in charge of Star Trek now couldn't write their way out of a wet paper bag.

Check my HAPPY post. I have to hand it to them, that was skillfully done. The videos were convincing enough. I mean, it wasn't even the 'I R TROLLZ, I HUNT FOR TEH LULZ' crap that is all too common to come across. I mean,  time and effort was put behind this, and with some skill too. And even the reveal was in a rather respectful manner. So bonus points from me for that.

Despite being had, I had fun being creative. I'm only sad that the thread locked before I could put in my response essentially equivalent to a respectful handshake. Plus, it's not often you see a trolling semi-backfire like that. I wonder if it'll be in a troper tale or not. It's just done too well to be forgotten. Such wasted potential however. I mean, despite the content/context of the game, it would've been awesome to play nonetheless; BTW, there have been far worse content in other games and movies, entirely made as gorn. This looked promising as a true-to-form roguelike, and that was what won me over as a concept, and how well made the hoax was.

Uhm, are you sure we are talking about the same thing?

Well, trolling is trolling, and is always a bad thing; but it was more respectful than most other reveals. I mean, at least it wasn't like the example I provided in my earlier post. It was more coherent and showed that at least they were human enough.

Yeah, it was pretty cool. I admire a skillfully done job, and you have to admit, it was a nice insight into our psyche (namely, that we're all fucking insane).

So who wants to make this game? Shouldn't be that hard.
