A:  When you are a teenager but before you deal with kids of your own. Unless you have the type of parents that would spoil their grandkids. Then it just grows from childhood exponentially.

A: This is a moral choice, and thus depends on your alignment:
Good - Go ahead and borrow it, but give it back when you said you would, or perhaps before.
Neutral - Take the copy, and then forget to give it back if you arn't done playing with it.  If you take so long as to legitimately forget about it, not your loss.
Evil - Go to your pawn, and take the game by force.  Laugh at his pitiful attempts to protect his property as you stake him to the ground and pillage his village of all precious games.  Fire and darkness are always a plus when wiping him from the face of the earth.
