Dodge gatling gun turrets? When did this happen?

I suspect you've never tried doing many illegal things yet in your game. The second the CCS knows you're "active", they'll come down on you like the hammer of God.

Shard of the Sun and other Relics aren't really appropriate in this game, for a start they're on the same level as minor Artifacts, which means you do not get to start with them. (It's also why Relics are so overpowered XD)
The Shard of the Sun is also a Relic of Pelor, which makes it kind of a setting specific minor artifact, and considering in the current setting the Gods have basically gone "Not touchin dat" to the entire planet, Relics don't really fit.

Wings of Flying are, unfortunately, 54,000 GP, which is more than the 50,000 GP you start with, so no to that as well.

And yeah, i dunno when you dodged gatling guns, the only things you dodged was the impact and subsequent shrapnel of exploding fragmentation rounds from cannons.

Huh, my interpretation from the legions of orc corpses was "each one has several dozen pieces of metal sticking out of him, therefore dakka."

Is Yhvr still with the party? I don't think I've had a chance to punch him yet.

Yes okay I get that now.

Wait, that just means our noncombat dodging powers are even MORE suped up. We can dodge shrapnel cannons. While running away.

You 'dodged' by basically hitting the dirt, a tried and true tactic to avoid flying shrapnel.

Not by airplanes though, that's for damn sure.

I've played Combat Flight Simulator, and hitting the dirt is most definitely NOT the most combat-efficient way to avoid shrapnel (flak). It's not the most efficient way to do much else, either.

It's a very efficient way to land extremely quickly.

It is an EXTREMELY efficient way of avoiding shrapnel! One manoeuvre can dodge all the shrapnel you would ever have been subject to!

But yeah, we dodged high-explosive and armour piercing artillery. The gattling gun(temple of decay) was less friendly...

And changing your altitude is actually a pretty effective way of dodging flack, it just isn't such a good option if you want to shoot straight...

It's also not so good if you're already on the ground.

Also RAM, get the hell into Cfoofoo's 4e game. CJ is pining away for your tender touch.

Am I going to have to get Kramp to murder the DM?

If you want to try and point Kramp somewhere, go right ahead.

Okay, so the budget is 50k?

Mask of the Skull (22k)
Cloak of the Bat (26k)
Total comes to 48k.
