Eldritch knight is one type of fighter/wizard prestige class, it has almost full spellcasting and full base attack bonus, but it still isn't all that powerful. Combat mages can be very effective but also very difficult to make and play, I suggest you ask Neruz about prestige classes if you intend on continuing with this.

I believe that you lose your fighter bonus feats, so you will need to have those feats from your normal feats at 1st, 3rd, 6th etc. levels. I am also pretty sure that Neruz said that two-weapon offence didn't stack with two-weapon fighting, but you can probably qualify for feats using it in place of two-weapon fighting, I imagine that would match the intent of it. So you can probably trade in two-weapon fighting, but youwill need to check with Neruz...
This is also why I'm asking in the first place since the two weapon of the fighter fix is better than the normal one.

The Fighter Techniques do not stack with the feats from which they originate; they are treated as those feats for the purposes of requirements and soforth, but never stack with them. Which is why they're better than the normal feats, as only Fighters have access to them.
So can I switch out the old feat if I take it then?

If you decide to switch to the Fighter class, just 'recreate' the character. Chop all the old Fighter class levels and benefits out and redo them with the new ones.

Okay, I'll work on that on the 'marrow.

Does force missile mage also add +1 to caster level?
Why call it a force missile mage if its missiles don't need to be force missiles?
Why pick on brooches? Its not like they offer immunity, just a chance to sacrifice con and still last 5 seconds...

Because caster Paragon Paths that don't provide caster levels suck gigantic balls.

Meh, just take the feat. Speaking of which, CJ's character should probably take practised spellcaster at level 6...

I was playing Fallout 3 when I checked the clock. 4:00. I exited quickly and the first thing I did was start up gametable.

The Dungeon Master: angry RAM is a lion?
RAM: *insert witty remark here*
The Dungeon Master: if you were really witty you'd have done that yourself
Vomu Ad: My lead weigth hasn't shown up yet, can I just heal my friends while I wait for them?
The Dungeon Master: oh yeah, we adopted a 4e styled 'resting heals you completely' system didn't we, forget the ongoing damage then, no point to it iffen yer gonna rest, which you probably are, since it would be stupid not to
Nernas Desolute: yay
RAM: we are not strupid?
The Dungeon Master: i did not say that
The Dungeon Master: you guys have shown yourselves to be capable of previously unimagined heights of stupidity and plot derailment
The Dungeon Master: often both at the same time
Nernas Desolute: yeah RAM
Nernas Desolute: i mean seriously not even trying to goggles on the green circle
RAM: plots are delicious!
Nernas Desolute: =P
The Dungeon Master: that
The Dungeon Master: that was just
The Dungeon Master: i go out of my way to give him goggles that can see magic
The Dungeon Master: he's standing in front of an ovbiously magical phenomena
The Dungeon Master: so what does he do?
The Dungeon Master: he goes and jumps in the time vortex
The Dungeon Master: it's like "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"
The Dungeon Master: i think i shall take this opportunity to design more monsters
RAM: well obviously I am not going to remember my gear...
The Dungeon Master: *deadpan stare*
