BAB up to +3, F/R/W is up to +2/+2/+5 and you get the following ability:

Silent Missile (Ex): At 6th level you can apply the Silent Spell feat to Magic Missile for free, without increasing casting time.

You also get another Bonus Missile, and 2 more levels to Wizard for the purposes of spellcasting.
