Hey Neruz, I was looking through the Monster's Manual of the 4e edition, and I think I found the picture you used for the hobgoblin pogs.

Probably, i jack monster pictures from all over the place; wherever seems appropriate.

The fungoids i jacked from the 4e MM2 Myconids for example.

BTW I can't make it for Sunday OR Monday, since on Sunday I'm going to be travelling all day (hard to find internet hotspots on the highway), and on Monday I'm going to be skiing/shopping in Banff.

Dude lets have it during newyearseve/newyears, though I'm betting our respective families will pull us away from it.

Mah fambly doesn't really give much of a hoot about New Years. As long as I'm back in town by then, I'll be able to make it to a game on New Years... the problem is, I may or may not still be traveling back from Banff at that point... I'll know for sure later.

So I'm going to get home late on the 29th, so I'm good to play on New Year's... Or New Year's Eve... or even the day before that.

Is it too late to join in? I have a level 1 gnome paladin ready, but feel free to say it's too late. I'll just post it so as to not forget.

Name: Edanol Kronjoc
Class: Paladin
Race: Gnome
HP: 11
AC: 23
STR: 6     [-2]
CON: 13  [+1]
DEX: 8    [-1]
INT: 10    [+0]
WIS: 19   [+4]
CHA: 17   [+3]

Weapon: Fiery Bronze Flail of Great Justice (3d3 damage +1d6 fire damage)
Shield: Kite Shield [+6 AC]
Armor: Splint Mail [+6 AC]

He's a really old (+3 mental stats, -3 physical) gnome paladin with a flail and a shield. I randomized his age, and got kind of screwed over. Oh well.

Of course you can join in! You get to be level 7 or 6 I think if you join in now though.

Ah, another gnome..

Which feats do you have?
May I recommend The one that lets you spend a turn attempt to gain extra damage equal to your charisma, and their might be one that lets you use wisdom instead of dexterity when aiming ranged attacks.

According to the S.R.D. you would need to be venerable to get +3 to mental stats, which would mean you were taking -6 to physical(to a minimum of 1). Old is -3 to physical +2 to mental and middle aged is -1 to physical and plus 1 to mental.

Assuming -3 to physical +3 to mental...
3
6
3
-1 ???
10
6
your intelligence should be 1 point higher, as you cannot get a 7 using the point-buy system, but with 11 int you should be using 28 points.

You should also decide which skills you want.

He is old, and has spent much time in service to his god, Pelor. After many years of study, it is Edanol's turn to lay down the law and beat the crap out of some evil folks.

Also, I've heard that for gnomes, this is how age works.
Middle aged: -1 physical, +1 mental
Old: -2 physical, +2 mental
Venerable: -3 physical, +3 mental

As they age, the effects build up, and therefore these...
Middle aged: -1 physical, +1 mental
Old: -3 physical, +3 mental
Venerable: -6 physical, +6 mental
...are the applicable numbers.
