i actually was gonna step in on that, but then the aspect of half our party killing each other stopped me lol. still, randomness like that makes dnd fun.

While i will generally try and avoid killing off the party, if you just start hacking at each other i'm not going to stop you :P

Inter-Party dynamics and conflicts are your problem, not mine.

Oh, and don't worry too much about not getting loots and soforth; this is just the first game and only about 1/3rd of the way to level 2 (actually closer to half when i realise i forgot to award some XP for getting out of the house alive as a miniquest). Treasure is designed to even out over the level.

well,if a party war does break out,its always fun to see where the allegiances lie. but i hope it doesn't, it looks  like our party build is doing good, the campaign is pretty intriguing too.

Next session should see some opportunities to kill and loot interact with some sentients, as opposed to Spiders, Darkmantles, Spiders, Rocks and Spiders.

You missed out on a great opportunity to have spiders made out of water, or better yet, venom!

I commend you for managing to find so many uses for spiders, and so far not using a single rat. But yeah, great session. I honestly expected the contents of that lockbox to be one awesome item for every other member of the party, and then some gold-encrusted shit for me. No matter how much gold is on top, it's still shit underneath xD

Hey if you don't want to hock the fancy fountain pen i'm sure somone else will :P

Like i said, you're level 1, i'm actually giving you a pretty damn good haul for level 1 PC's. You've got close to a grand worth of stuff there if memory serves.

Also, on the note of more frequent games than once per week, what other days (at the same time) work for people? If any?

There was a rat! We met it just after the fight with lots of spiders.

The time is a bit early for me, but I can give it a shot more regularly. Emperor_Jonathan expressed an interest in this thread, if they are still around we might be able to find a day they can attend on, changing around the party a little on the different days...

There was? When? I don't remember putting any rats into the ad- oh, clever.

Sorry for the random disconnect, my internets pointlessly decided to shut off.

For now, yes, but there is every reason to have more sessions...
