4/10. I want to like it, and I think it's some kind of Pokéfusion, which I'm wholly on board with. Unfortunately, it's so small I can't really make it out at all. There's some wings and a tail. The white backdrop doesn't really help, the colours don't pop very well at all.

That is some really nice pixel art :3

As for the Veratosa, yes the white background is shit, but I can't be bothered changing it. Yes it is a Pokéfusion (or more commonly, a sprite. No clue why. Sprite sounds cooler, though) of Serperior, Braviary, Chandelure and Darkrai for colouring.
