It's okay, but the contrast with the background color is a bit abrupt, the shadows don't flow well - overall, the picture seems too small for the level of detail it has to function as a top-tier or even as a particularly good avatar. This is generally the problem with using shrunken photos of fairly large animals.

Also, it does that "resizing" blip thing when it first loads because it's relying on the browser to resize it properly, instead of being uploaded at the correct ration.
