Of course there's been a change. every impact will do that. Its just that this change will take, as i said above, 100's of millions of years to move the moon a single meter.

It will effect the moon, but not enough to care.

Obviously if moon movement ever became a problem, we could reverse it. We have armok-forsaken nukes that are just getting stale!

But, phooey to that. Where's the scans? Where's the results? PHOOTAGE?

I can't believe they haven't gotten back to us on it.
When they were doing the proton tests, they got straight back to us on it.

Maybe it takes a while to analyze the results? Or they somehow failed to collect the data and haven't told us yet?

The recent indian mission showed some signs of water, along with some other previous missions from other groups.

They did say that it'd take up to 2 weeks for the data to come through.
