I'm not sure if moving to Argentina is a practical idea Alex. I don't know spanish or anything.
That's just one tiny detail  ;D

No worries... If I can learn french with software like rosetta stone and before you know it, you sure can learn spanish...  :D

Anyway, there's a lot of foreign visitors who don't speak much spanish when they get here but they learn pretty fast and, besides, everyone here knows a bit of english so you'll never REALLY struggle to communicate.  Besides, chicks dig english speakers.  If you can pull of the american accent and make up a convincing story, hehehe ;)

Well, I DO like the idea of using an extremely fake cowboy accent to pick up chicks.

Heya Josh, did you read the outline (from the anime thread) and if so did you have any thoughts on it?

It looks pretty alright Wiggles. Could be a bit meatier with the information though.

In other news, I'm VERY happy due to a pretty epic game of poker I played last night. Normally, poker games don't have any money or prizes of any sort attached to them, but this one did, a T-shirt. This is like the first prize ever offered, and after some very close calls, and an intense battle with one of the best players in the whole place, I WON. It's so awesome, I love my new shirt. I'll treasure it forever. I think I'm getting a bit better, since I played two games after it and came in 2nd in both.

In worse news, I'm finding that I have an extremely bad habit of endearing myself to incredibly annoying people. My desk partner in one of my classes is one of these people. I mean, he's nice enough and he's smart enough, but he's quickly proven himself to be hyper-naive like you can't believe. He often disrupts me when I'm trying to work with these inane, pointless comments, and prattles at great length on topics that nobody cares about. Today went over the top though, because we had run out of work to do, so to pass time I started scribbling something about this video game idea I had, nothing significant, but he saw it and took that as an invitation to start reciting his COLOSSAL Kingdom Hearts/Xenosaga/Bleach/Naruto/Digital Devil Saga crossover game idea to me, with illustrations and everything. The idea, while you can tell he’s put a lot of thought into it, was very uninteresting and horribly put together, and I didn’t want to hear any of it, but I just sat back and listened regardless. I don’t think I was physically showing any expressions of interest, and I was barely even part of the conversation, but he just kept on going and going. I wanted to tell him that I wasn’t interested and to just leave me alone, but from his awkward manner of speaking and interacting with people, you can tell he’s dying to make friends. I managed to divert his attention from me to someone else conveniently nearby, and I made up an excuse to leave the table to do something else. He started talking to the other guy, and he wasn’t interested, he wasn’t even looking at him, but you could tell that he was just tolerating it as well while he kept talking on and on...

I'm gonna have to do something about this, but I don't want to crush this guy's undoubtably sensitive feelings.

*nods* It an outline, and not the scripts themselves. We're not writing up desc on all needed sets, characters, mobs, special effects, and special actions (such as special attacks) and debating doing further outline for scene constructions.

Gah! I used a proxy to look up God Hand on Ebay. I want that game, and I could buy it now for a bargain (18~ dollars), but now that I've made another account, I can't seem to even GO to Ebay while logged in due to information exchange or somesuch. Does anyone know of a way around this?

God Hand is a good game and a fun game, that gets pretty damn hard.
