Tag for making bags?

Which tag do I need so a trading race will make bins and bags and things to put things in when they are trading? I was hoping they would bring seeds, and exotic animals, but they don't appear to be using bins, bags or cages when trading.

They have the tags

Carpentry of some kind is needed for bins, and leatherworking/weaving + clothmaking would be needed for bags. I'm going to wing a guess that you may have removed weaving/clothmaking to cull those damnable cloth bins.

Just checked again, and they have all of those permitted jobs. I just can't seem to persuade them to bring containers for anything. Or Liasons either. I've never gotten Liasons to work for anything other than Dwarves or Humans.

I always get liaisons for my kobold camp with no problem, not to mention a kobold caravan nearly every season.
