Hmm, sleeps good. I aim for 8 hours at least a day. I can settle for 7. But if its a weekend i sometimes accidently 'half-sleep' through for 12 hours. which is always good fun. Wasted half my day doing nothing.

Also, on the proper topic. I find this place slightly addictive also a major time sink.

I, unluckyly... am used to 6 hs of sleep... (sometimes maybe less) and compensating on weekends

Exercise... I need it... I cant be sedentary... I love feeling fast and flexible...

Food... I eat tremendous amounts replenish all that energy I waste (mentally and physically).  I'm still a mystery to everyone who knows me.  They can't believe I can eat that much being so thin.  Little secret... eat slowly and enjoy every piece.  Eat as healthy as possible...

Procrastrination... I'm addicted to going offtopic... Doing something other than what Im supposed to do... I work well with little time or under pressure, so I sometimes get too confident and end up working for 72 hs without sleeping more than 6 or 8 hs... I become a pale zombie for a while...

Healthy eating isn't delicious enough for me. My blood has been replaced by ethanol, caffeine and cream.

I'm actually hypomanic, and go on the forum in order to relieve my urge for social contact, while having the freedom to say whatever I want without social alienation. I guess we really are herd animals, and the internet just makes it so much easier to find like-minded people.
